Cityroofs Aquadyne® Living Wall

The Aquadyne Living Wall by Cityroofs UK Ltd was tentatively launched at Ecobuild 2008 but completely re-designed with Halfen technology and experience for Ecobuild 2009. Since then, the system has been exhibited at various locations, and has recently been recognised in the Construction Products Innovation and Achievement Awards 2009. A living façade reducing the impact of solar gain upon a structure. The solution employs lightweight supporting structures designed by Halfen, a hydroponic irrigation system supplies sufficient nutrients and water through the Aquadyne system to support plant growth.
