Introduction

The SPA Anchor System safely connects the various layers and transfers the load of the external facing panel to the internal load bearing panel and supporting structure. The system is designed to assist fast, efficient casting and allows panel demoulding and pitching at an early stage.

Precast concrete sandwich panels consist of two layers of concrete that are factory-made with a central layer of uninterrupted insulation to make them thermally efficient.

The SPA Anchor System safely connects the various layers and transfers the load of the external facing panel to the internal load bearing panel and the supporting structure.

The system is designed to assist fast, efficient casting and allows panel demoulding and pitching at an early stage. The SPA Anchor System is made from grade A4 stainless steel and is engineered so that high load capacity is achieved with the minimum cross section of wire on every anchor.

This system will avoid any cold bridging from the outer skin to the inner panel or structure and will not restrict differential movement.
