Murfor.
A prefabricated wire reinforcement embedded in the horizontal bed joints of masonry to increase tensile strength. Murfor RND round wire is designed for use in 10mm joints and Murfor EFS flat wire is for thin joints.
Consult with Halfen technical literature for details. Halfen can also provide a design and specification service and it is recommended that they are consulted early in the design process. Alternatively a CAD disk can be supplied to assist selection and design by the specifier, subject to confirmation and final calculations by Halfen.
