Type SUK Adjustable Channel Sub-Structure
A range of vertical toothed channels bracketed back to the structure with load-bearing anchors and pins fixed to the channels. Designed for both new structures and renovations, particularly for facades with large and varying spacing.

Facade anchoring:
Fixed to horizontal Halfen channels to provide adjustment or fixed directly to structure with expanding anchors (ordered separately). 3 types are available:
SUK-F-5.0-435. Taper: 160-240mm.
SUK-F-5.0-645. Taper: 260-340mm.
SUK-F-5.0-876. Taper: 360mm.
SUK-A: Adjustable spacer, for horizontal support for vertical channels. Lengths: 120-360mm. Fixings are to be ordered separately: 10mm diameter.
SUK-Z: Toothed channels. Ref: Z21 (21 x 41mm), Z41 (41 x 41mm). Standard length: 3000mm. 6000mm lengths can be supplied to order.

SUK-ZT: Z-shape supporting anchor for fixing to channel. Panels fixed to anchor with Fischer FZP 13 x 23 M8/6-ktA4 rear-mounted drilled bolts.
SUK-UH-0.8: U-shape anchor pin for fixing to channel. Panels fixed to anchor with Fischer FZP 13 x 23 M8/6-ktA4 rear-mounted drilled bolts.

Support Channels
Stainless steel channels designed for installing windows, doors and plinths. Supplied in 2000mm lengths and with 30, 40 or 50mm taper, for M6 wall fixings. 10 x 40mm slots can be provided in the horizontal section to facilitate ducting behind the facade.
Type NAS-T-0.6 - Vertical load: 0.6 Fv (kN/m).
Type NAS-T-1.2 - Vertical load: 1.2 Fv (kN/m).
Perforated Strip
Stainless steel strip with 5.1mm and 7mm diameter holes at 15mm centres to accommodate either 5 x 70mm anchor pins or M6 fixings.
Type NAS-L-20 - 20mm wide x 2mm thick.
Type NAS-L-25 - 25mm wide x 2.5mm thick.
Type NAS-L-30 - 30mm wide x 3mm thick.
Angle brackets
Stainless steel support and retaining brackets designed for 30 and 40mm thick block-shaped slabs or parapet lintel blocks. The angles have slotted holes to accommodate M8 bolts with pins.
Type LW-T - 63 x 63mm support angle bracket.
Type LW-H - 60 x 60mm retaining angle bracket.
Adjustable angle brackets
A range of stainless steel brackets and associated fixings designed for supporting corner units. The brackets have 9 pin holes on each leg to allow various pin spacings - brackets with fixed pins require pin spacing dimensions as code suffix (see technical literature for details).
Type NAS-JLW-1 - "Block" angle-bracket with 4 loose pins, retaining washer and inner bolt and 4 sliding sockets.
Type NAS-JLW-2 - "Block" angle bracket with 4 fixed pins, retaining washer and inner bolt.

Scaffolding anchor
A range of 2 flat frame stainless steel anchors designed to absorb 5 kN of tensile loads Fz and 1.7 kN of shear force FQ parallel to the building. Designed for use with M12 fixings.
Type HGA-F-110 - Anchor length: 110mm.
Type HGA-F-140 - Anchor length: 140mm.
Plastic sliding sockets
2 sizes to suit 5 and 6mm diameter pins.
